Our Founder

Pritchett Financial Group was founded by Darren Pritchett.  Darren began working in the finance industry in 1995 at the Bank of Tokyo (Australia). He later moved to Bankers Trusts/BT Financial Group and spent considerable time working in their Private Investment Division, working exclusively with high net worth clients.

Darren moved into financial planning as he wanted to offer honest, client focused financial advice at a reasonable price.  He founded the business after continually seeing planning businesses being bought by big institutions as a future way of distributing their products. There needed to be an alternative.

Darren’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services. In addition, Darren holds the CFP qualification which is the highest industry qualification.
